One of the cheerleaders involved in the incident had said that she had seen Cowboys senior vice president for public relations and communications, Rich Dalrymple standing behind their changing area and recording them undress with his phone.

However, Rich Dalrymple has said that these accusations are false and not to believe in them. He released an official statement on Monday responding to these allegations.

The Cowboys have clarified that they did not find Darlrymple guilty of any wrongdoing after they conducted an internal investigation. They also stated that if they had found him guilty, he would not remain at the job for this long.

“The organization took these allegations extremely seriously and moved immediately to thoroughly investigate this matter,” said Jim Wilkinson, a communications consultant for the Dallas Cowboys. “The investigation was handled consistent with best legal and HR practices and the investigation found no evidence of wrongdoing.”

“If any wrongdoing had been found, Rich would have been terminated immediately,” Wilkinson said. “Everyone involved felt just terrible about this unfortunate incident.”
