On this week’s Raw, Rhea Ripley made her long-awaited return to WWE. The Nightmare scared off her rival, Liv Morgan, and confronted Dominik Mysterio for caving into Liv’s antics. Following the enthralling ending to the show, all three involved entities in the storyline have used social media to further the feud. As such, Ripley’s recent comment on Instagram added fuel to the fire as she called out her fellow Judgment Day member.
The third-generation wrestler took to Instagram to gloat about his first in-ring triumph over his father, Rey Mysterio. However, The Eradicator’s alleged ex-girlfriend, Cathy Kelley, mocked Dom by claiming that he wouldn’t have won without the help of Morgan. Moreover, Ripley backed her statement by accusing the 27-year-old of “fabricating” stories. For some unknown reason, she deleted the response moments later.
Nevertheless, the Aussie wrestler hasn’t bought into Dom’s excuses. The latter relentlessly explained his actions to his Mami, who ignored him and walked backstage. An ‘agitated’ Rhea Ripley will be focused on taking revenge on her arch nemesis, Liv Morgan. For weeks, the Women’s World Champion has plotted to take away “everything” that Ripley loves, including “Dirty” Dom. So far, Morgan’s plans have worked wonders for her.
First, she won the same title that The Judgment Day member had to vacate due to injury. In the weeks that have followed, Morgan has managed to entice Dominik Mysterio, as evident by their intimate moment on Raw. Therefore, Ripley will face an uphill battle in taking back what she believes is rightfully hers, the Women’s World Championship.
Liv Morgan’s “Revenge Tour” against Rhea Ripley might not be over yet
Following the events on Raw, WWE released footage of Liv Morgan’s reaction to the intense Dominik Mysterio-Rhea Ripley faceoff. The Women’s World Champion was surprisingly unfazed by Mami confronting her “Daddy” Dom. This seemingly confirmed that she pursued Mysterio to create a frantic environment in The Judgment Day.
However, her plan might not have ended here. A few weeks ago, fans suspected that Morgan was in cahoots with a member of the faction, Finn Balor. After all, the latter was caught snatching her hotel room key and having a private conversation a week later. Amidst all of this, The Demon has had issues with his teammate, Damian Priest.
Since winning the World Heavyweight Championship, the duo has clashed backstage on several occasions. With that said, Balor and Morgan could be looking to takeover the faction from the inside. Needless to say, only time will tell whether that is indeed the case.
