1. Remove the bounty posters around Rhodes
In total, you need to collect five bounty posters.
The first poster can be found on the message board inside the train station building.
The second poster is located on a pole of the electric line located between the undertaker's workshop and the gunsmith. Unfortunately, the access to it is blocked by a man leaning against the pole. Asking him to move will not work, so you will have to beat him in hand-to-hand fight. You can also try to lasso him. When I did this he got upset with me ... and walked away.
The third poster can be found on the notice board on the wall of the Sheriff's Office building.
Another, fourth poster hangs on the next pole of the electric line standing by the main road.
The last, fifth banner is attached to a pole near the saloon. However, if you try to get close to it, it will be taken by a bounty hunter who will mount his horse right after taking the poster and slowly ride on his way.
Catch up with the bounty hunter and recover the poster. If you're fast, you can catch him before he gets on his horse. If not, run or ride after him. You can try to talk to him, but he won't give you the poster back, so you must use some force. You can take him off the horse and beat him or shoot him.
Then loot him and move away to a safe distance.
2. Return to Mr. Black and Mr. White with the wanted posters (Part II)
Go back to the prisoners who set up their camp in the forest near the place where you met them for the first time.
Mr. Black and Mr. White's wanted posters have been taken down, but what happens next is still to be decided.
3. Burn the posters or capture the convicts for their bounty
You must now make a decision about the future of the prisoners. If you decide to burn the wanted posters, this stage of the mission will end but you will be able to meet Mr. Black and Mr. White again in a different place after some time has passed. You can also choose to hand over Mr. Black and Mr. White to law guards.
4. (Optional) Capture the convicts alive for their bounty / Take the convicts to the Rhodes jail / Pick up the reward
If you've decided to deliver them to the law officers, you should draw your lasso and quickly tie up one of the prisoners. The other one will start running away.
Catch him, lasso him and then hogtie him. The prisoner is running slower than you, so sooner or later you will reach him.
Then transport the captured prisoner to the sheriff's office in the Rhodes and put him into a cell. Return to the other prisoner, and transport him to the jail as well.
Once you've done this, you can take the reward from the sheriff's table.
The mission will be completed and you will no longer be able to meet Mr. Black and Mr. White again.
5. Part III & IV
Unless you handed them over to the law, some time later you will be able to meet both escapers north of Rhodes.
Both men feel ill after eating mushrooms and need the remedy.
While surviving in the wilderness, Mr. Black and Mr. White have poisoned themselves with mushrooms. They need medicine to cure them.
If you have Health Cure with you, you can give it to them right away. If not, you can go to the store and buy one or craft one.
The men will feel better and Arthur will advise them to move somewhere further north and preferably to split up.
6. Part V
You will meet Mr Black and Mr White for the last time when they move to a stilt house in the north of the West Elizabeth region.
Arthur will talk to them for a while. They have not changed a bit, they are still arguing with each other.
